No Charges to be Filed in Corey Lewandowski Case

Michelle Fields with the help of the media started to hoax the world. She hoaxed the police. Thanks to all of you, she was unable to hoax a prosecutor. We prevented this prosecution by exposing Fields’ hoax and bringing attention to the political connections had between the prosecutor and Hillary Clinton.

Although the dismissal of criminal charges against Lewandowski is good news, we saw firsthand how deep the corruption of the media goes. Nearly every mainstream person – even CH Sommers – bought into this hoax.

As you can see in this video, just released today, Michelle Fields violated orders of Secret Service agents sworn to protest Trump by running past they press area.

Fields’ boyfriend and sugar daddy posted the follow on Twitter. “Corey Lewandowski tried to pull my girlfriend Michelle Fields to the ground.”

According to an article by Fields, entitled, “Michelle Fields: In Her Own Words,” This happened:

Trump acknowledged the question, but before he could answer I was jolted backwards. Someone had grabbed me tightly by the arm and yanked me down. I almost fell to the ground, but was able to maintain my balance. Nonetheless, I was shaken.

Her friend Ben Terris, who helped Fields with the hoax, wrote this in his article at the Washington Post:

‘I’m just a little spooked, [Fields] said, a tear streaming down her face. ‘No one has grabbed me like that before.’

The police charged Lewandowski with simple battery.

Michelle Fields recorded a conversation she had with Ben Terris after Lewandowski brushed her. The transcript was compelling, and also false.

We know that Fields recorded the conversation, as the police report said so:

“Fields also played me the audio from her interaction with Trump when she asked him a question. During the audio portion immediately after the incident, Fields is heard saying, ‘Holy shit, I can’t believe he just did that….. that was so hard.”

We exposed the prosecutor’s connection to the Clinton campaign.

In an article that made the center page of the Drudge Report, we revealed that the prosecutor in charge of the Lewandowski prosecution was a Hillary Clinton operative:

In case there was any doubt about Hillary Clinton‘s overwhelming Democratic establishment support, her campaign this morning rolled out a 150-member “Florida Leadership Council” that includes most of the state’s big Democratic names — but is a little thin on Palm Beach County support,

Palm Beach County State Attorney Dave Aronberg and Tax Collector Anne Gannon are also part of Clinton’s Florida team.

After these political connections we revealed, the prosecutor immediately began walking back the charges.

He issued a press release in response to our reporting, noting:

Law enforcement charges on a probable cause standard. The State has to proceed on a legally higher standard of proof, which is beyond a reasonable doubt as well as whether there is a likelihood of conviction.

This, I reported two weeks ago, was lawyer speak for, “Hell no.”

The pro-Clinton prosecutor feels the heat.

After our expose, the prosecutor went into damage control mode. He did an interview with left-wing Politico where he promised to not turn the Lewandowski prosecution into a political revenge case.

The prosecutor will not file charges against Lewandowski.

The latest news, according to Politico, is that no charges will be filed against Lewandowski.

Michelle Fields is mad, crying, and threatening to file lawsuits.

Michelle Fields is crying a lot.

I have asked that Michelle Fields sue me in any defamation lawsuit she brings.

Michelle Fields also lost two jobs – one at Breitbart and one with FoxNews. She is crying about that, too.

The media is corrupt and identity politics have reached the cucked right.

While it’s great news that all of us, through the power of social media, were able to stop an unjust prosecution, consider what we fought against.

Imagine how many hoaxes the media spreads each day, and that we aren’t able to catch.

There is simply no other alternative than to not believe the mainstream media. Assume everything you read from an “journalist” is an outright fabrication.

Right now, as I type this, the media is spreading another hoax.

Be careful out there. Think for yourselves. Focus less on “the world,” as your understanding of the world is largely based on lies they tell you.

Concentrate on yourself and your own mindset.

The rest is out of our control, though there is no other choice than to keep fighting.

(1) Fields left the press area; (2) Fields defied Secret Service warnings; (3) Fields inserted herself in between two Secret Service agents and made unwanted physical contact with Trump; (4) Lewandowski, in those circumstances, acted reasonably and appropriately to pull Fields away by grabbing her UPPER arm; (5) the alleged bruises, revealed two days later, are on a lower arm (whether it’s Fields arm or not) and are OBVIOUSLY NOT the result of Lewandowski’s actions; (6) Fields, the accuser, has a history of engaging in hoaxes and she lied when she stated that she was violently pulled downward and almost lost her balance; (7) Fields is not credible and would have been wholly discredited under cross-examination; and (8) the recording of the conversation between Fields and the WP reporter is questionable as to when it took place.
        When a liar is exposed, you can’t trust ANYTHING that they say.
        The WPB prosecutor had ZERO chance to convict Lewandowski, given the overwhelming evidence of a hoax to damage Trump politically.

They keep screaming about how Trump is losing ground here, losing support there, but I think these stories are mostly a combination of (1) wishful thinking and (b) actual blindness to the reality of the world as most ordinary people experience it. As our host discussed in “Real Talk on Donald Trump and Real Americans”, Trump’s real base – people who work for a living (when they can) – understand the importance of standing by your people – a value simply unknown in the rarified worlds of politics and the media.

    From the video- which proved the incident happened like she said, and contrary to Lewandoski’s statements- she could have felt like she was being pulled to the group. So there goes your first argument.

    Given that that actions of Lewandoski do meet the reasonable doubt standard of the battery law, most likely political pressure was giving to not prosecute him.

    Remember, no prosecution doesn’t mean innocence. He’s guilty of battery on Fields, he just won’t pay for it.

            What evidence? The evidence that shows her being grabbed by Lewandoski (despite him and Trump saying it never happened), that it fits the statutory definition of battery (as the prosecutor agreed), and the bruises on her arm that showed it she was injured. Mike is wrong.

    What’s striking to me about this whole issue is Fields saying that she only wanted an apology. Men and women have forgiven their significant others and not gone to the police for being assaulted, but I don’t see why Fields thought an apology was enough since Lewandowski “yanked” her down. An apology shouldn’t be the difference of filing for assault and not charging for assault. It’s almost as if Fields got dared into charging Corey. I think what’s even more likely is that she planned this out.

    She wanted to make the news, not report it. She wanted Trump to hold some type of press conference to make Corey apologize; she would be the first person to have Trump bow down her. Since that didn’t happen, she resorted to filing a bogus charge. If she did want an apology because she was shaken, we would have never heard about this. She would have had a conversation with her bosses, and they would have reached out to Trump’s campaign. A perfunctory apology would have been given to massage her ego, and it would have been over without us never knowing this incident happened. But, this woman is just a professional victim. She wanted to be the story, and she did everything in her power to accomplish that goal.

      “I thought we had ‘innocent until proven guilty’ in this country?”

      The presumption of innocence, a cornerstone of American common law (and absent nearly everywhere else – e.g. Europe, where you must prove yourself innocent if accused), does not apply in cases where the accuser is female. Times have changed; we’re better people now.

      • Not simply a matter of female. As Mike has pointed out, the media actually covered up a brutal home invasion and gang rape because of who the accused were. And the moment the media found out the wife of that pastor had been raped and killed in a random act of violence and not by her husband, they dropped it like a ton of bricks.

        It’s not the victim, but the ACCUSED, who determines what the media standard is. Anyone could have made this accusation against any Trump staffer. Even astronauts on the ISS at the time. The media would still cover it. They have no shame. If the Rolling Stone liar had accused a bunch of men working for NPR of rape, not one word would have been printed. (Admittedly, it’s a stretch to imagine the emasculated dweebs at NPR of being capable of an erection.)

        As an aside, Shapiro is still looking for a date to his high school reunion; even after all this Fields still won’t go with him.

      Plenty of guilty people are never charged, or are found not guilty, or have their guilty verdict overturned.

    I’ve been skeptical since I was in the 2nd grade, but, I did not have the slightest idea what was going on with the “media” until I learned just a few months ago that William S. Paley, who was the Head Honcho at CBS, and died about 25 years ago, was a Colonel in the OSS during WWII in charge of PSYCHOLOGICAL WARFARE!!!!!!

    If one realizes that Paley and his expertise in Psychological Warfare must be the tip of a huge iceberg, doesn’t that open all of your eyes also to what is really and truly going on with the
    so called “media?” No wonder we feel like they are screwing with our heads. They are.

    I first heard about this development last night, an article at CNN (linked at Drudge), where the following gave me a big smile:

    Trump also forcefully rejected calls from his rivals to suspend or fire Lewandowski, saying Wednesday on ABC’s “Good Morning America,” that “The other candidates, they said, ‘Oh, I should fire him.’ That’s because they’re weak, ineffective people. They want to be politically correct. I don’t want to be politically correct. I want to be correct.”

    “I don’t want to be politically correct. I want to be correct.”

    It has been observed that Trump’s bringing the immigration issue (which nobody else would even mention) to the fore was what brought him to the fore; but this is a real sea change in the American political scene, long overdue.

    Most of the cucked “conservs” in media either hate Trump enough to push ANY lie or scheme (like Shapiro or Jonah Goldberg) or fall for the tired old “If a WOMAN says something listen and BELIEVE” crap.
    But women lie all the time. It’s not just SJW’s who put identity 1st, facts 2nd. Lewandowski is a white man, works for TRUMP (who they view as bigoted)…so it’s practically a given that they’d see him as a violent misogynist bully, grabbing women hard enough to bruise them.
    By the time they were finished passing the tale around. Michelle Fields was a helpless sobbing heroine tied to train tracks, and Corey was the moustache-twirling villain laughing at her plight.

  • The tragedy is that the damage was done. I hear even nominally pro-Trump talk show hosts and pundits referring to the incident as something troubling. The short-attention-span voters will hear that Trump’s assistant assaulted someone and it’ll stick with them. It’s still important though to head these hoaxes off as early as possible.

    I once commented, half-jokingly, that Trump and his team should all have Go Pros strapped to their front and back. It’s not a joke anymore. Trump would be well served to have paid cameramen recording all of his events and interactions with the media and public, even when just walking past them.

    This is a travesty of justice and charges MUST be filed….against Fields and Shapiro. Both Fields and Shapiro have conducted a conspiracy to maliciously create false allegations in order to undermine the frontrunner and presumptive nominee for the RNC, Donald J Trump and to destroy an innocent man’s life, Corey Lewandowski.

    It will set a dangerous precedent if the co-conspirators are allowed ot get away with using the police to harrass political opponents by creating false allegations.

    Nothing against Corey, don’t even know him, but it would have been more helpful if they’d prosecuted and caged him. Because if anybody named Michelle had accused you or me of the exact same ‘crime’, we would be jailed and awaiting trial/sentence at this moment. Corey isn’t — not because he is innocent, but because Donald Trump.

    So unless Donald Trump is going to be standing nearby to bail or bully you out of a false accusation, you are on your own. It is still Open Season on men and boys in the U.S. and this event, although concluding satisfactorily, doesn’t change anything. Baseless and false accusations against men and boys will continue plentifully and profitably. When such accusations quickly are found false, there will remain no punishment of the false accuser, because, female. And everybody gets a cut and goes their merry way.
