Today Ted Cruz had a chance once and for all to end the #CruzSexScandal. Yet Cruz will not answer a simple and direct question: Have you been unfaithful to your wife?

Cruz continues to obfuscate and today he even had a body guard (he could have used a chastity belt) jump in when asked about his infidelity issues.

Cruz: I recognize that you love going into the gutter. What is your publication? I’m going to give a very brief answer to your question. The National Enquirer story is complete garbage. It is total lies. It was planted by Donald Trump’s henchmen.

Ted Cruz has still not said, “I have never been unfaithful to my wife.”

Cruz’s initial response to the story took him 18 hours to draft. Then he said: “Let me be clear this National Enquirer story is garbage. It is complete and utter lies. It is a tabloid smear and it is a smear that has come from Donald Trump and his henchmen.”

No lawyer is buying this non-denial. Something is up.

Incidentally, Cruz’s Super PAC also gave $500,000 to Carly’s Super PAC. Carly’s PAC gave nearly $50,000 to one of the women Cruz is alleged to have slept with.

Was that money laundering? Carly certainly has Cruz’s back.

Let’s sum up the Ted Cruz sex scandal.

Ted Cruz will not state that he has never cheated on his wife.
Cruz’s Super PAC gave 500K to Carly, who gave 50K to one of Cruz’s supposed mistresses.
Amanda Carpenter, one of Cruz’s suspected mistresses, left the Cruz campaign under suspicious circumstances. She quit her job even though Cruz had no replacement. Carpenter claimed she was going to do some writing, but she hasn’t released a book or announced any major writing projects.
All of Cruz’s top advisers are men, which is consistent with reports that Heidi does not trust Cruz to be alone around Amanda Carpenter or other women.
A Washington Times reporter who confirmed that Cruz had mistresses was fired from his job. The Wash Times even lied about his employment status to discredit him.
Today Glenn Beck created a redemption narrative for Ted Cruz, saying on his show, “I’ll give [Cruz] a break if it is over and you guys deal with it, thats your business. I’m not here to condemn somebody for making a mistake.”
Glenn Beck’s employee Dana Loesch began attacking me on Twitter, in an effort to discredit me.
Amanda Carpenter had a meltdown online.
The mainstream media, which hasn’t wanted to cover this scandal, met to discuss ways to defeat Trump.
Trump would win 1,237 delegates – enough to avoid a contested convention – if the Ted Cruz Sex Scandal is proven true with video evidence.

That’s a lot of smoke folks!

I don’t know, it just seems so convenient that we’re getting a Ted Cruz sex scandal right now. It means all the spotlight is on Cruz. It may well be a Cruz ploy to suck up as much airtime as he can and then righteously come up with the concrete evidence of his own complete innocence thus tainting anyone who saw fit to criticize him. I feel that this sort of ploy is just about his last remaining move.

  I agree, it’s sad. I used to subscribe, but terminated my account several months ago when Glenn went all in for lyin’ Ted. Glenn is showing signs of declining mental health and increasingly appears as a raving lunatic. He called Sarah Palin a “clown” and ranted on air about her. When Nevada caucus members ran toward Donald Trump and ignored Beck (as he was speaking to them), Beck ranted that they were “brown shirts”. He’s also said Trump is not a Christian (always a give away when someone questions another’s salvation), and that he is a “Hitler”. As to lyin’ Ted, Beck has said that he’s “the fulfillment of Mormon prophecy”. Beck is a loser and all the journalists at the Blaze should flee, if they expect to have an upward career and not be tainted by Beck’s bizarre and irrational behavior.

I expected that Trump would win more than 1,300 delegates even without Wisconsin prior to this whole issue. Which is why I wondered whether Trump is behind the NE story. (Apparently he isn’t.) Trump wants Kasich and Cruz to split the anti-Trump vote. So he wants both of them to stay in the race. He also said that he wants Cruz “one on one”. He never indcated that he wants to run against Kasich. If Cruz is forced to leave the race and claims it’s a conspiracy by Trump, Cruz’s voters could back Kasich to deny Trump the nomination. (Kasich cannot win the nomination.)
People say that Kasich is a weak candidate anyway, but keep in mind that a lot of the remaining states are states where Kasich could do well. (Northeast and left coast.)

  As I pointed out below, the son of Levin’s fiancee works in Ted Cruz’s Senate office. If Cruz wins the nomination, there would be a chance for him to get promoted (= getting paid more). Levin has a personal interest that Cruz does well.
  
  I also have to remember you that Cruz funded his Senate campaign witha low-interest loan from Goldman Sachs and hid it. (He says he made a “paperwork error”.) At this time, Cruz’s wife Heidi already had a job at Goldman Sachs. Nine days after Cruz won his Senate seat his wife was promoted to managing director.

  The FEC did send Cruz campaign a letter of inquiry about this. They thought the money going to a competing campaign was questionable. I do not know if the campaign responded.
  
  But Cruz faces bigger trouble with those Goldman Sachs loans. He will not respond to FEC inquires, It looks like now that he is choosing to enter a “penalty” phase rather than FEC compliance. The problem is that these were Non Secured loans. For instance, you could remortgage your house and that would be ok, But non secured loans by any means open up a whole new host of problems like possible blackmail and extortion. A whole new host of problems not anticipated by Cruz could come soon.

2.) Cruz shows visible signs of fear.

Gateway Pundit has an interview with an unnamed “operative” who suggests that the Cruz campaign is behind the NE story. The person says that Cruz probably had one affair years ago, and after “Anonymous” making threats they dropped an over-the-top story so if the affair is exposed people will have expected something worse and the damage will be limited. The “operative” expects that Cruz will publicly apologize after the Wisconsin primary.

I don’t believe it because the “Anonymous” message did mention prostitutes and the mysterious video apparently shows multiple encounters with “women” as far as I understood it. Given Glenn Beck’s statements and what the unnamed “operative” said I rather expect that the Cruz campaign will claim he had a single affair if they have to, while in truth he had multiple affairs.

Just yesterday Beck announced that he would dump Cruz in an instant if any of the allegations were true. However sunk he is if the cheating rumors are true, he isn’t any more sunk if he lied about cheating, and he would in fact actually be lying anyways- technically telling the truth while obfuscating doesn’t help him as far as I can ascertain.
