Chris Kluwe has a severe dislike for me. That is totally cool, and it shows what a big man Chris is. Chris is going to sue me as a way to expose sexual misconduct within the Vikings locker room.
How can a lawsuit against Mike Cernovich be a win for Chris Kluwe?
Chris Kluwe had filed a lawsuit with the Vikings. That lawsuit settled. My suspicion is that the lawsuit, like so many lawsuits, contained a non-disclosure agreement and non-disparagement agreement. A NDA would prevent Chris from talking “all day” about “compromising situations” with “underage girls.”
However, Chris is suing me. As a defense to my lawsuit, I will be able to bust open this NDA. Chris will be able to tell me “everything.”
Not only will Chris be able to tell me everything, he will have to tell me everything.
What will Chris Kluwe and I talk about?
In civil lawsuits, the parties are entitled to what’s called “discovery.” Discovery means we get to ask Chris questions that he must answer under oath. We get to have a long talk with him.
Because Chris Kluwe knows “everything” and can talk about this stuff “all day,” we will be able to cast a very wide net in discovery. We’ll be able to ask pretty much any question we want.

You do realize that an underage girl cannot consent to sexual activities? Sex with an underage girl is statutory rape. Did they have sex? What happened?
