Tim Ferriss, before the launch of his 4-Hour Body, claimed that he was able to triple his testosterone level. Tripling your testosterone leved would be impressive. Unfortunately for us, Tim Ferriss hasn’t posted his blood work.
I want to help Tim Ferriss out. Perhaps he thinks it takes 4 hours to measure your testosterone level. It only take 15 minutes.
Here’s how to measure your teststerone level.
1. Order blood work to measure your testosterone level.
I use and endorse Private MD Labs. You can go through a doctor. Since I am self-insured, I pay for my own medical expenses. Also, doctors are sometimes stingy about sharing data with patients. I have years of blood work and believe in being my own doctor.
2. Go to the lab.
You may have to drive your car, walk, or ride a bike.
3. Get blood drawn.
You sit down and they poke your forearm. It takes a few seconds to draw your blood.
4. Wait for your results.
With Private MD Labs, it usually takes between 24 and 48 hours to get your test results back. They are emailed right to your inbox.
(Including parking my car and taking the elevator to Lab Corp, it took me 15 minutes to get my testosterone level measured.)
By the way I took my testosterone level from 0 to 672 in a few weeks using Gorilla Mindset posture exercises. You can find proof in this video.
Unlike Tim Ferriss, I walk my talk. Isn’t it time you demanded more from self-proclaimed gurus?
