I’ve been spending a lot of time thinking about how to improve posture and raise testosterone levels naturally by using unconventional lifting techniques. All of these videos will be filed under the category, Alpha Male Body Language Exercises.
The first video I released was called – well, I don’t know what to call it. Let’s go with “Deadlift Posture Stretch” until you men give me a better idea. (Post your suggestions in the comments.)
Victor Pride tried the exercise out, loved it, and made his own variation.
I went into the gym with Jay to try the Victor Pride variation, and it is awesome.
By the way, I know I am chewing gum. Filming yourself is interesting as you learn about an annoying trait you have with each new video. As I said when the Danger & Play YouTube Channel was launched, I will get some momentum going and improve/learn as I go. Your comments have already made the videos better; keep the comments and critiques coming!
