I didn’t tell you this, but I ran an experiment. Something was driving me insane.
I wanted to see if my alpha male body language exercises (and other lifestyle habits) would actually increase your testosterone level.
The exercises and lifestyle recommendations improve posture. They lower stress. They are excellent.
But do they really increase your testosterone level?
I had to find out. There was only one solution.
I went off of TRT cold turkey. No HCG. No clomid. No nothing.
My last shot of testosterone propionate was on May 30th.
Subjectively, I felt fine. I didn’t lose any vitality or energy and my sex drive didn’t drop. I didn’t notice anything while going off, as a matter of fact.
But what did my blood work say? While subjective experiences matter (if you don’t feel good, what’s the point of TRT?), I am data driven.
Here are my results. Look at what happened to my testosterone level when I went off of TRT.
I had my lab work done on June 19th. (I got my testosterone measured as part of an overall anti-aging blood work panel.) That was less than 3 weeks after going off of TRT. Given the half-life of testosterone propionate, I was actually “off” TRT for just over two weeks.
As you can see in the video, my luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone are both back to normal. That is, my testicles are firing on all 8 cylinders and producing testosterone.
Go Google around and see how many people have ever achieved this drug free. Most people who go off of TRT cold turkey have all sorts of negative side effects and it takes weeks for their bodies to start producing testosterone.
I had no “bottoming out,” no estrogen, no nothing.

I am not anti-TRT, by the way. TRT is great.
I might go back on TRT tonight. Or maybe I’ll freeze sperm in case I want to have children later in life. My position on TRT has not changed.
Again, I just had to find out for myself if the stuff I am showing works.
It’s an integrity thing. I don’t give advice that I don’t know in my heart and mind work.
Well, the lab report speaks for itself.
My body’s natural production has been restored in record time without HGC or anything else. My natural level is rising and will reach their natural peak in record time.
The alpha male posture building exercises work.
Any guru who claims he can help you raise your testosterone level must post his blood work. That is the gold standard of industry excellence.
Everyone else is stealing from you and lying right to your face by claiming they are “all natural” or by selling you stuff that will (supposedly) improve your health. Yet they never show you their blood work.
I guarantee you that your gurus (especially the so-called “biohackers” and “quantified self” people) are getting blood work done. What’s so hard about posting the lab work?
What are they trying to hide?
As you can see from this video on my blood work and testosterone level, I just used QuickTime player to record the screen. It’s nothing fancy. It took me less than 5 minutes.
If your guru won’t spend 5 minutes sharing his blood work, what does that say about him?
We are entering a new era of trust and transparency.
Gone are the days where medical records were hard to obtain or where you had to visit a doctor and spend a bunch of money to get lab work done.
Gurus are spending thousands on YouTube ads and Internet Marketing squeeze pages, but they won’t run a few blood tests and make them public?
What does that say about the health and fitness industry?
